  • Event calendars, and more

Understanding time is of the essence for managers and staff, ORS improves operational control, saving time and money.

For our ORS Pro service provider vendors, ORS is a powerful platform to help you run your service-based business. It includes quality in-app leads, service request management, scheduling, dispatch, technician assignment, invoicing, and payments. We offer leads at a low, fixed rate, not as a percentage of your invoice. All of this with both web and mobile app interfaces.

Our extensive knowledge base, tutorials, and online support team is here to ensure your success! After three months, you can elect to pay on a monthly basis.

Yes. We have multiple access levels so you can confidently share information and responsibilities with each user type.

User types for store accounts are defined as Admin, Manager, and Employee. You can manually select permissions for the Manager and Employee user permissions.

Memberships are assigned using the business’ address. Each location maintains its own membership. The Super Admin function will allow brand oversight across multiple locations.

You can switch to monthly billing if you’d like, and discounts kick in if you pay quarterly or annually (5% or 10%).

We enter each geographic market and seek out reputable contractors with overall customer ratings of at least 3 stars. Potential vendors can also apply to become a part of our network. In both cases, the vendor completes a comprehensive application including proof of state-mandated licensure and insurance requirements.

Our member stores also rate their vendor experiences inside the platform, giving more insight into past performance. The ORS team also monitors performance and ratings to ensure you get the best in the business!

Once you’re a member, you can submit a service request by issue, asset, or vendor. ORS instantly connects you with trusted local pros by broadcasting your service request to ORS Pro vendors in your service zip code.

  1. Go to the website: oneresourcesolution.com/vendor to complete the process.
  2. Download the ORS Pro app in the Apple App or Google Play store.

You will be asked to choose the services you offer and which markets you want to accept service requests for. You also select a tier for the amount of monthly requests you want to receive.

Prior to activating your membership, the ORS team will verify licensure and insurance as required by state law. Following approval, an email will be sent to your email address and you can begin accepting service requests. Other features of the app are available during the vetting process.

A service type is what services your business provides customers, such as Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Hood Repair, Lock Smith, Refrigeration, Cold Side Repair, etc. All of those are considered individual services. So, if your company wants to provide Electrical and Plumbing (2 services) to 3 markets each (i.e. Dallas, Austin and Houston), and you select Tier 201-300 work orders, your monthly membership rate is $1,794 ($299*6); paid quarterly: $5,382; paid annually: $21,528.

[Please note: A 3-month membership commitment is required upon initial ORS membership paid upfront. The membership is set to auto-renew, but you can disable quarterly auto-renew and switch to monthly if desired, or switch to annually.]

Yes. A service type is what services your business provides customers, such as Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Hood Repair, Lock Smith, Refrigeration, Cold Side Repair, etc. All of those are considered individual services. Memberships are based on the number of services offered (up to five), market selections, and job request tiers.

During onboarding, vendors select a service category and the desired zip codes. When a job request comes through the system matching your criteria, an in-app or desktop alert is posted.

You have a designated amount of time to evaluate the lead and accept or reject the job. If the timer runs out, the lead is returned to the vendor pool for others to evaluate.

10 minutes. If it’s not assigned within 10 minutes, the request is sent back into the pool for other service providers.

Per ORS Membership Agreement, ORS will automatically charge your primary payment method $100 to auto-replenish your account (adding 100 additional job opportunities) for the remainder of the billing cycle. You’ll also have the option to choose a different tier for your next billing cycle.
