    • Billing or payment information (Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors. ORS does not store complete credit or debit card numbers on its servers.)

  • Notices and/or reminders of services and other important information
  • Delivery of service requests such as orders for products and/or services

Users can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Opting out does not prevent your ability to use our services, however some features may be disabled as a result.

Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile information or messaging content to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our website or provide services
  • Payment processors and analytics providers
  • Legal authorities if required by law or to protect our rights

All third parties are required to protect your information.

Our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Membership Terms & Conditions

Acceptance Of Terms
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing, downloading, or using any of ORS sites and services, you agree to become legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, then you may not access and use the sites and services.

Modifications Of Terms
ORS reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ORS will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the website and updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of ORS services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Service Fees and Billing Methods
Membership Fees
Membership fees are billed in advance and must be paid using a valid credit or debit card. Pricing, discounts, and promotional offers may vary by member and are subject to change at ORS’s discretion. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-prorated. Once a billing period begins, no partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, including cancellations made before the end of the billing period.

Automatic Renewal
Membership subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan, unless cancelled before the renewal date. By enrolling, you authorize ORS to charge your payment method on file for all applicable membership fees and related charges. ORS may, but is not required to, provide renewal reminders or billing confirmations. If payment remains unsuccessful after seven (7) calendar days, ORS may suspend or terminate access to services until all outstanding balances are paid. If your account is frozen you will not be able to use most features of the app or website. You will only have access to your invoices that are unpaid and service requests that are in progress. Fees associated with declined payments may be charged based on applicable banking or payment processor charges.

Authorization to Update Credit Card Information; Account Updater
If your credit or debit card on file with ORS has expired at the time of your membership fee renewal you must update the card so your account is valid.  

Cancellation Fees
Currently, we do not charge a cancellation fee for cancelled service requests or when you cancel your membership. However, those terms are subject to change, to which you will be notified.

Declination Of Payment
If your payment is declined for any reason (i.e. paying an invoice, membership or otherwise), you will be charged all applicable banking or payment processor fees associated with declined payments. You are responsible for paying the membership fee as well as any payments to any service provider you use.

Cancellation Of ORS Membership
To cancel your membership, go to your profile on the ORS website or reach out to Membership Support. Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not result in a refund of any fees already paid. Membership access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. If you wish for your membership to be cancelled prior to the next renewal date, your cancellation request must be received no later than 4:00 pm Eastern Time on the business day before your renewal date. 

Membership Refund Policy
There are no membership refunds. If you pay for a membership, regardless of its length and you decide to not use your membership, that is at your discretion/responsibility. Once a membership is selected and purchased, no refunds will be issued.
