Users may submit service requests, manage assets, and store documentation like invoices and payment records. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

To access certain features, you will be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.

Vendor Network

ORS connects users with professional service providers (e.g., electricians, plumbers, HVAC specialists). While we vet all vendors in our network, we are not liable for the services performed by third parties. Any issues with vendor performance must be addressed directly with the vendor.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, data, technology, and services on the ORS platform—including its design, logos, codebase, content and operational tools—are exclusively owned by ONE RESOURCE SOLUTION, LLC. This includes all affiliated and subsidiary companies operating under the ONE RESOURCE SOLUTION umbrella. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the platform without our written permission.

Fees and Payments

Use of ORS may involve service charges, trip fees, and other payments. All pricing is transparent and will be disclosed prior to any transaction. You agree to pay all fees incurred through your account promptly and authorize us to process payments using your preferred method.

Limitation of Liability

ORS is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about the uptime, performance, or outcomes of using the platform. In no event shall ORS or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ORS for violations of these Terms or for any behavior deemed harmful to the platform, vendors, or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
